Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation before Shipment (Valid for orders placed and delivered within India):
If your ordered item(s) have not been shipped yet, you can request cancellation via your dashboard.
Upon payment confirmation, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a link to modify or cancel your order. Cancelling your order before it's processed for delivery ensures a full refund.
Orders can only be cancelled until the logistics partner initiates the packing and delivery process.
