Indian Paper Products offers shipping services across most regions in India. Orders are typically processed for shipment within one business day.
Shipping Charges: The shipping fee is contingent upon the weight, volume, and delivery address of the ordered products. These charges are clearly displayed in your shopping cart upon providing the delivery address.
Convenience Charges: Indian Paper Products reserves the right to apply convenience charges on select orders based on various factors, including product type, pin code, or shipment size.
Platform and Convenience Fee: A Platform and Convenience fee may be levied on orders to facilitate the ongoing enhancement of our hassle-free shopping experience. It's possible for an order to incur shipping charges, convenience charges, or both.
Indian Paper Products retains the right to modify the criteria for applying convenience charges on orders without prior notification.
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery timelines are contingent upon the delivery address and stock availability. Typically, deliveries by reputable couriers are made within 3 to 4 business days post-shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays). Heavier or bulkier items may require additional time for delivery.
While we aim to adhere to the communicated Estimated Delivery Date, unforeseen logistic challenges occasionally lead to unexpected delays. Indian Paper Products is not liable for such delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such instances. Additionally, Indian Paper Products reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion due to prolonged delivery times or untraceable shipments, providing refunds in the form of credits to your Indian Paper Products wallet.
Address Change: Changes to the delivery address can be made only if the order status is Confirmed or Pending, and none of the items have been shipped. Please note, alterations to charges or taxes related to the original delivery address may impact the acceptance of address change requests.
International Deliveries: Presently, we do not facilitate deliveries outside of India.
Package Tracking: Upon order placement, we will email you the courier company's name and your consignment's tracking number to your registered email address. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Tracking information might take up to 24 hours to appear online in certain cases, so your patience is appreciated until the courier company scans the package.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners attempt three deliveries before the package is returned to our warehouse. Including your mobile number in the delivery address aids in expedited delivery attempts.
